for critical register of bleeds and borders on folds.

Remember to add the set-up to each job. Each project is custom and requires the machines to be set up specifically for your paper and printing register.
Allow 3 to 5 days for production or call ahead if you need it faster.
Call for help with square envelopes, special sizes and custom flap designs. Specially designed steel rule dies can be made in about 3 days.

FOR LETTERPRESS

Letterpress Die Cutting requires a larger one-up sheet size than High Die Cutting. Check the Letterpress Sheet Size Guide for the minimum size you need. A larger sheet is ok!

Letterpress jobs have best cutting register when printed one up.

Best stock weight for Letterpress is 70# or 80# Text with caliper between .005 and .0068 for Standard sizes and up to .0085 for Open End Catalog and Large Open Side Booklet sizes.

Grain direction must follow the instructions on the layout template. A grain wrong set-up charge of $70.00 for Standard sizes will apply. For Open End Catalog and Large Open Side Booklet, it's $100.00.

An over run for setup and waste is required. The minimum for Standard sizes is 300 or 10%, whichever is greater of the finished count. Allow 500 or 10% for Open End Catalog and Large Open Side Booklet sizes.

Grip and Guide placement on the sheet is important.
